News : VirtualTone Announces Tighter Integration with ConnectWise
HOUSTON, Nov. 11, 2013 -- VirtualTone, a VoIP solution and channel partner for Managed Service and IT Solution providers, announces their release of the VTONE MSP BILLING Module. The VTONE MSP BILLING Module allows partners to literally set, and forget, their service billing within ConnectWise, a PSA (Professional Services Automation) solution for IT service providers, making their lives easier every month when it comes time to bill their customers.
"Our Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partners are our true inspiration," said Jay Gubert, President of VirtualTone. "Together, we continue to move in positive directions. The VTONE MSP BILLING Module is one inspiration from this partnership. Our integration for the ConnectWise PSA is the first of its kind: giving our partners true 'set it, and forget it' billing capabilities for their services, with a white labeled communications solution, thus closing the gap for their modern office offering."
"We are excited to work more closely with VirtualTone and its customers, and look forward to helping them realize the immediate value of this tighter integration," said Jeannine Edwards, Director, ConnectWise Community. "Leveraging ConnectWise, VirtualTone users can now easily, quickly and efficiently bill their customers, relieving current headaches associated with billing, while dramatically improving productivity."
