News : Vodafone and Granaria Chairmen Join IBEX Board
Washington, March 24, 2014 -- IBEX Global Solutions plc. (AIM: IBEX), a provider of contact center services and other business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, announces the appointment of two Independent Directors, Gerard Kleisterlee and Joel Wyler, to its Board.
Gerard Kleisterlee, 67, is Chairman of Vodafone Group Plc., having served since July 2011. Before that he was for 10 years the President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Management of Royal Philips Electronics N.V., a company with which he spent more than thirty years. Mr. Kleisterlee is a member of the supervisory board of Daimler AG and a non- executive director and member of the audit committee of Royal Dutch Shell. He also was an independent director of Dell Inc. from 2011 until its delisting in November 2013.
Joel Wyler, 64, is Chairman of Granaria Holdings B.V, a holding company for investments in companies in Europe, the USA, South America and Asia. He is Chairman of the European Advisory Board of SATMAP Inc., a contact center technology company, and a director of ACPI Investments Limited. In 2000, Mr. Wyler was appointed Officer of the Order of Orange Nassau and in 2009 Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur.
