May 30, 2014 -- The Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Ghana, Haris Broumidis said Vodafone Ghana has put in place an interactive management system to give our customers a real time update of where they are in the queue to allow them to move freely whenever they find themselves in any Vodafone Retail Shop.
Mr Broumidis made this known during an official reopening of one of Vodafone’s Retail Shops in Little Hill Takoradi in the Western Region of Ghana.
The refurbished shop is very spacious and boasts of dedicated areas for specific customers’ needs. They include a dedicated Express Zone for quick and easy transactions such as bill payments. There is also a Wifi area with guaranteed reliable and fast internet speed.
Recognising the potential economic growth of the oil rich city, Vodafone Ghana has also established a dedicated area where small to medium scale enterprises and other business can get expert advice on all their communication needs and solutions.
