News : Vodafone to Create New Jobs in Newark
Newark, Nottinghamshire, UK, Jan 12, 2016 -- Telecommunications provider Vodafone has revealed plans to recruit 100 new jobs at its Newark contact centre.
The full-time jobs are in the customer services’ team at its Brunel Drive offices. New employees will work shift patterns totalling 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Sunday.
A spokesman for Vodafone said: "We’re looking for individuals who will give an exceptional customer experience — handling all sorts of queries relating to our mobile products and services, and taking ownership to resolve them via calls and email."
The company opened a new shop in Middlegate when it took over the former Phones 4u store in December 2014.
