News : Volia Expands Call Centre Services
Jan 9, 2014 -- Ukrainian cable operator Volia reported that it has added a second telephone number for its call centres in 20 cities across the country.
The decision was taken due to the overload of info lines and difficulty reaching the call centres during peak hours.
Alternative numbers are now accessible in Vinnitsya, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kirovograd, Krivy-Rih, Lutsk, Lviv, Makiyvka, Novomoskovsk, Poltava, Rivne, Sebastopol, Simferopol, Sumi, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnitskiy, Cherkasi and Chernovtsi. Call centre support is also accessible online, as well as over Facebook, Twitter and Russian social network Vkontakte.
