Johannesburg, South Africa, March 27, 2017 -- South African operator Vox has welcomed its first three graduates at its national call centre in Tshwane, through the programme it began in 2016 with CTU Training Solutions to offer high potential-students work-integrated learning (WIL) experience.
Marius Venter, head of the Vox Service Centre, says one of the cornerstones of Vox's talent retention strategy is to identify students with the acumen and skill-set to work in a pressurised customer-facing environment. It is vital that employees of the future are equipped with both soft and technical skills to provide services to dynamic and culturally diverse customer segments.
