News : Voys Integrates WhatsApp in Contact Centre Platform
Amsterdam, The Netherlands, March 3, 2016 -- Dutch business services provider Voys announced that it's integrated WhatsApp in its communications platform Voys One, for use in call centres.
The system gives businesses real-time insight into use of WhatsApp by customer service agents and clients.
