Dover, NH, USA, May 11, 2016 -- VXi Corporation, a provider of high quality headsets, announced that its Envoy Office, Envoy UC and UC ProSet LUX headsets, together with VXi Connect software, are compliant with key team engagement and customer engagement solutions from Avaya. Avaya is a global provider of solutions that enable customer and team engagement across multiple channels and devices.
VXi Envoy Office, Envoy UC and UC ProSet LUX headsets, together with VXi Connect software, give businesses the capabilities that unified communications and contact center applications require. All three headsets, used in combination with VXi Connect Software Release 1.13, are now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya one-X(R) Agent H.323 Release 2.5.8 and one-X Communicator 6.2.
