News : Watertown's Call Center Gets New Owner, New Name
Watertown, NY, USA, Dec 4, 2018 -- The call center in Watertown has a new name. Convergys is now Concentrix.
Concentrix acquired Convergys in October.
According to a spokesperson for Concentrix, the Watertown location will see only a name change and everything else will be business as usual. A new sign is expected to be installed in January.
The Arsenal Street call center currently employs approximately 600 people.
The Watertown call center opened in 2003 under the name Stream Global Services. It changed its name in 2014 after Convergys acquired it.
