News : Wayfair Opens Doors to Bryan Customer Service Center
Bryan-College Station, TX, March 30, 2016 -- Wayfair Inc. opened the doors to its Bryan customer call center on Wednesday with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, building tours and a speech by company co-founder and co-chairman Steve Conine.
The online home decor retailer has said it will bring 450 jobs to the area. In addition to fielding calls from customers, the Bryan location will employ sales agents with expertise in areas such as upholstery, plumbing and flooring and human resources and IT positions.
The customer service center will be housed in a 51,000-square-foot University Drive property previously occupied by Penncro Associates, and West Corp. before that — both call centers.
