News : Webb County Seeks to Improve Customer Service
Laredo, TX, USA, Sept 11, 2015 -- The county could be seeing some changes on how its employees will be trained in the area of customer service.
The county has an agreement with Laredo Community College, to provide customer service training to its employees.
Webb County director of administrative services, Cynthia Mares, told us how important implementing this plan is for the county and those it serves.
"Our new County Judge, You know, has been a very strong advocate of all the departments in Webb County being able to provide customer service. You know, to the people that we serve you know, the constituents", said Mares.
If the measure is approved on Monday, the trainings could take place within 30 days.
