News : Welltel Announces Partnership with Talkdesk to Extend its Reach into Ireland Enterprise Markets

Dublin, Ireland, April 1, 2021 -- Welltel, an Irish communications and IT company, has announced a new deal with cloud contact centre solutions provider, Talkdesk(R) to enable Irish businesses to make their employees more productive and improve customer experience. The deal will see Welltel invest in training and marketing Talkdesk’s cloud customer experience (CX) technologies.

The partnership will enable Welltel to sell, deploy and implement Talkdesk cloud contact centre solutions to enable Irish enterprises to adapt to the changing working world, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. 

Ross Murray, CEO of Welltel, explained that the new partnership will enable Irish businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences: "Ireland has been globally recognised as the world customer solutions capital and this presents a huge opportunity for Welltel to lead with cutting edge cloud technologies.
