When integrated with Twilio's suite of products, Whitepages PRO can help to improve call center performance through reduced call handling times and personalization, and, as a result, customer satisfaction. In addition, marketers can leverage the combination of Twilio's call-tracking capability and Whitepages' database of consumer contact information to better segment existing and prospective customers.
