News : Wichita to Lose 200 Jobs with Call Center Closure
Wichita, KS, USA, Apr 30, 2015 -- Ally Financial is streamlining its customer support services, and it will mean a loss for Wichita.
The Wichita Eagle reports the company, which provides financial products to auto dealers, plans to close its Wichita call center by the end of the year. The work being performed in Wichita will be moved to Ally Financial sites in Minnesota and Florida.
About 200 jobs will be lost.
