VPI, a provider of workforce optimization, business intelligence (BI) and analytics software for contact centers and public safety, announced an agreement with Wilmac to resell the VPI EMPOWERTM workforce optimization (WFO) suite of software applications. Through this agreement, Wilmac will offer its customers in the U.S. and Canada the next generation of end-to-end WFO solution.
