Portland, ME, USA, July 14, 2015 -- Listen Up Español awarded Gold for Best Sales Professional, Gold for Best Community Spirit, Silver for Best Contact Center Operational Manager and Bronze for Best Contact Center Leadership at the 2015 Top Ranking Performers Conference hosted by Contact Center World for the Americas Region in Orlando, FL.

Top Ranking Performers in the Contact Center World – Best in World, met, shared ideas and the best were voted for by judges at this event hosted by ContactCenterWorld – The Global Association for Contact Center Best Practices & Networking. Contact Center World is a global organisation that recognises and rewards best practice in customer service throughout the world.

Andres Martinez, General Manager, won Bronze for Best Contact Center Leadership; Magda Cardenas, Marketing Specialist, won Gold for Best Community Spirit; Abraham Galaviz, Sales Representative, won Gold for Best Sales Professional and Sergio Cordova, Direct Response Sales Manager, won Silver for Best Contact Center Operational Manager.
