News : Winston Benefits Opens New, Expanded Call Center
Manasquan, New Jersey , Sept 30, 2014 -- Employee education and communication is an integral part of making informed benefits decisions. To support the growing demand for education on benefits options and healthcare reform, Winston Benefits opened a new, expanded call center to increase customer support.
"In response to the changing landscape, we’ve seen our clients’ needs change. Benefits are becoming more complex, and our company is responding," says Vice President of Enrollment Services Curry Bradley. "Our clients’ employees are looking for greater access to benefits assistance from knowledgeable sources. Last year we answered more than 150,000 calls from plan participants. This year, we’re expanding our capacity to meet the growing demand for information about benefits and health care reform."
"We’re excited about the opportunities this call center space will provide. We’re improving resources, technology and customer service for our clients and their employees," says Call Center Center Manager Kimberly Gerbino. The new facility is expected to help Winston Benefits accommodate its growing staff and client desire for expanded service hours.
The newly expanded call center isn’t the only way Winston Benefits provides education and support for clients and their employees. The company also provides "Click to Chat" online support and an interactive knowledge base on its website, as well as in-person benefits counseling. "We know that educated employees make better benefits decisions," says Bradley. "So, we do everything we can to make sure employees are informed and confident about their benefits options."
