News : Wisconsin-based Credit Union Goes Live with Call Center Outsourcer
Rockford, IL and Bedford, NH, USA, June 17, 2016 -- AnyHour Solutions, a provider of call/contact center outsourcing services for credit unions since 1994, announces that Altra Federal Credit Union of Onalaska, WI has now successfully implemented AnyHour’s call/contact center outsourcing services as an integral part of their member service operation.
Altra Federal Credit Union (Altra) is now utilizing a full suite of AnyHour 24/7 call center outsourcing services to supplement their existing internal contact center with overflow support during the workday and after-hours call support as well.
