News : WNS to Deploy Travel Technology Suite for Tour East Group
New York, NY, USA & Mumbai, India, May 25, 2016 -- WNS (Holdings) Limited (NYSE: WNS), a provider of global Business Process Management (BPM) services, announced its partnership with Tour East Group, a Canadian travel company.
WNS will deploy RePax-TA, a schedule change management solution to help Tour East Group manage flight disruptions across all airlines. WNS will also deploy Q-Bay, a fully automated Workflow and Work Force Management solution for the travel industry. These applications are part of WNS’ technology-driven solution suite that enables all stakeholders in the travel value chain – including airlines and travel intermediaries – to improve profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
