Cincinnati, OH, USA, Nov 11, 2015 -- WorkFlex Solutions LLC ("WorkFlex"), a provider in Intelligent Intraday Automation(R) solutions for contact centers, announced an agreement to deploy WorkFlex software products into Concentrix contact centers.
