News : WorkForce Software Announces New Executive Leadership Appointments After a Record-Breaking 2023

Livonia, MI, USA, Jan, 2024 – WorkForce Software, a workforce management solution for large employers, announced the appointment of Bill Shaheen as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the promotion of Nicole Neumarker to Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective January 1, 2024. As CRO, Shaheen will lead the global revenue and customer success organizations and as COO, Neumarker will lead engineering, cloud services, product management, customer support and global services.

Neumarker and Shaheen are strengthening the company’s ability to scale operations for continued growth. Post pandemic, the workforce management software sector has experienced substantial growth, as large employers facing increased pressure to optimize their workforce to meet new strategic, regulatory and operational talent needs are increasingly prioritizing investments in workforce management technology.

A veteran of B2B Cloud SaaS businesses, Shaheen is a seasoned Human Capital Management (HCM) executive who brings over three decades of industry knowledge and experience to the role. A go-to-market expert, Shaheen had been helping to guide WorkForce Software from his most recent role on their Board of Directors and Operating Executive for Elliott Investment Management where he also worked with other top-performing SaaS sales and marketing executive teams. His extensive leadership experience includes key sales, board, executive leadership, and consultancy roles at leading technology and human capital management software firms including Code42, SumTotal Systems, Oracle and Taleo.

Prior to WorkForce Software, Neumarker was the Executive Vice President of Development and Innovation at Cotiviti.
