Boise, ID, USA, March, 2021 -- World Connection, a mid-sized, bilingual BPO with contact centers in Boise, ID and Guatemala City, Guatemala was awarded two medals in the 15th annual Global Top-Ranking Performers Awards from ContactCenterWorld.com, the Global Association for Contact Center and Customer Engagement Best Practices.

Following the regional round, with "Ranked #1 in the Americas" wins in two categories, World Connection was awarded "Ranked #1 in the World for Best Call Center Design" and "Ranked #2 in the World for Best Outsourcing Partnership."
