Reading, UK, Nov 13, 2019 -- Woven, the outsourced contact centre, customer management and business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider, has acquired technology provider tPoint Solutions.
The acquisition of Reading-based tPoint will provide the enabling technology to support Woven's differentiation strategy.
