News : WOW! Adding 120 Jobs to Local Call Center
Dec. 11, 2013 -- WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone is in the process of adding 120 jobs to its Augusta call center.
The company is looking to add positions in residential and business sales, customer service and support, dispatch as well as create more supervisory roles. About half of the open positions are being filled now, and hiring will continue into the first quarter of 2014, said Jason Sand, vice president of WOW!’s local center.
WOW! acquired Knology in mid-2012 but waited until March to switch over to the WOW! branding in the Augusta market.
