News : Xact TeleSolutions Offers Support for National Non-Profit Foundation
Baltimore, Maryland, August 5, 2014 -- Xact TeleSolutions, at call service center, recently provided telemarking support for a national non-profit foundation. Xact TeleSolutions aided in doubling the amount of participants for the annual Kidney Walk in the Greater Baltimore area. Kidney Walk, the walk to fight kidney disease, included participants from central Baltimore, the Eastern Shore, Southern Delaware and Western Maryland.
The National Kidney Foundation hosts an annual Kidney Walk to fight kidney disease, held in approximately 100 communities around the country. The event raises awareness and funds life-saving programs that educate and support patients, their families, and those at risk. The foundation is working to reach the one in three American adults at risk for kidney disease with important preventative messages before it’s too late.
By providing telemarking assistance to the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland, Xact TeleSolutions played a key role in gathering approximately 5000 participants for the 2014 Greater Baltimore Walk.
The National Kidney Foundation of Maryland will be partnering with Xact TeleSolutions again for the 2015 Greater Baltimore Walk with the hope of again increasing the amount of participants. The non-profit noted that Xact TeleSolutions’ agents were friendly, patient, and sensitive to the mission of the foundation and provided outstanding customer service. Xact TeleSolutions also took time to listen to many of the participant’s personal stories relating to the Walk.
