Orlando, FL, USA, March 7, 2016 -- GENBAND™, a provider of real time communications (RTC) solutions, announced that XO Communications (XO) is leveraging key components of GENBAND's cloud portfolio to provide contact center services for its customers. The contact center solution will provide XO customers with the ability to centralize call center management and operations in the cloud. Doing so will allow agents to focus on improving customer experience and reduce the challenges of managing complex, expensive premise based infrastructure that can quickly become obsolete.
