News : Xtend Extends Credit Union Client List
Dec 27, 2013 -- Xtend Inc. has added two new owners and eight new clients in a single fiscal year for the first time in its 11-year history.
The Grand Rapids, Mich., CUSO is an affiliate of CU*Answers, the core processing operation with which it shares space, and specializes in back office, compliance monitoring and contact center services to credit unions and CUSOs across the country.
Xtend’s two new owners are the United Educational Credit Union in Battle Creek, Mich., and the NorthPark Community Credit Union in Indianapolis.
Meanwhile, the new clients – eight credit unions and a CUSO – have signed up for call center services that include combinations of inbound and outbound offerings, lending support calls, outbound member contact calls and online chat, the company said.
"Our Xtension Contact Center continues to be our fastest-growing business unit," said Xtend President Scott Collins. "What started as an outbound contact center a half-dozen years ago has grown into a full-service member support center that serves partners in four time zones and soon to be five."
