News : YA Adds Several Senior Hires in Account Management and Client Delivery
Minneapolis, MN, USA, Aug 24, 2016 -- YA, a provider in delivering omni-channel marketing promotions, announced several new staff appointments.

Aaron Ackerman has joined YA as a Senior Software Engineer on the company’s Digital Services team. He brings with him seven years of experience as an engineer. Ackerman’s most recent position was with Code42 as a Software Engineer. Previously he held the role of Software Engineer at JobDig and MentorMate.
Ackerman graduated from Brown College in Minneapolis with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
Sara Fehrenbacher has joined YA as a Senior Account Director, leading the company’s retail vertical market. She brings with her 20 years of experience in the areas of business development and account management. Fehrenbacher’s most recent position was with Asset Marketing Services, LLC as Director of Business Development. Previously, she held the role of Senior Vice President of Business Development for Intemark, Inc., and she was also an Account Executive for Carlson Marketing Group (now Aimia).
Fehrenbacher holds a Bachelor of Individual Studies degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St. Thomas in the Twin Cities.
Rena Gandham has joined YA as the Director of Human Resources in the company’s Chatham-Kent, Ontario office. She brings with her 15 years of experience in the HR function. Gandham’s most recent position was with Everest College as Director of Talent Management. In previous roles, she was a Human Resources Consultant with R G Consulting Services and a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Wardrop Engineering, Inc.
Gandham earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Athabasca University in Alberta, Canada. Gandham also holds a Canadian HR Leadership (CHRL) Designation.
Brian Rogstad has joined YA as a Senior Front End Developer on the company’s Digital Services team. He brings with him six years of experience as a developer and engineer. Rogstad’s most recent position was with Epsilon as a Senior Front End Developer. Previously he held the role of Software Engineer at FindLaw and UI Developer at Olson.
Rogstad graduated from The Art Institute International in Minneapolis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Animation.
Doug Rohde has joined YA as a Senior Software Engineer on the company’s Digital Services team. He brings with him 16 years of experience as an engineer and developer. Rohde’s most recent position was with Best Buy as a Contractor Developer. In previous roles, he was a Senior Engineer at Sport Ngin and a Senior Engineer at Ratchet.
Rohde graduated from the University of North Dakota – Grand Forks, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
Nathan Warfield has joined YA as a Senior Software Engineer on the company’s Digital Services team. He brings with him more than 10 years of experience as an engineer and developer. Warfield’s most recent position was with Target Corporation, where he served as a Senior Engineer. In previous roles, he was a Senior Creative Director at Colle + McVoy and an Application Developer at Park Nicollet.
Warfield graduated from Minnesota State University – Mankato with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Services
Jili Yin has joined YA as a Senior Software Engineer on the company’s Digital Services team. He brings 15 years of experience an engineer and developer. Yin’s most recent experience was with Questar, where he served as a Software Developer. In previous roles, he was a Senior Web Developer at Avionte and a Senior Software Engineer at Shanghai Sodick Software Co.
Yin graduated from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software and from the University of Chicago with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
