News : Yealink Helps Qunar Upgrade Meeting Room Phone System
Xiamen, China, July, 2016 -- Yealink, a global unified communication (UC) terminal solution provider, recently completed a project for its CP860 Diamond IP Conference Phone. China's mobile and online travel platform Qunar is now using the Yealink CP860 to improve collaboration between office locations.
Before turning to Yealink, Qunar was facing a tough enterprise communications challenge. Its traditional analog phone system and employees’ physically moving between different offices for face-to-face meetings caused significant inefficiencies and wasted time. After switching to the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) platform, Qunar needed an endpoint solution that was user friendly, required little product training and would not add extra maintenance hassles for IT.
After a comprehensive evaluation of available options, Qunar opted to implement Yealink’s CP860 Diamond Conference Phone. The phone system has exceeded Qunar’s expectations, and continues to deliver high-quality performance.
