News : Young Local Company Bringing Call Center Jobs to Boston
Boston, MA, Jan 13, 2015 -- After it outsourced customer service to South Dakota, NutraClick, the young local company brought about 30 phone bank jobs home to its Downtown Crossing headquarters last spring.
It has gone so well that the staff has grown to 70, and NutraClick hopes to hire another 10 workers by the end of the month.
"It’s something that’s worked out even better than we expected it to," said chief executive Daniel Wallace.
"A lot of people think Boston is an expensive place to have a team like that. While that may be true in some ways, we’ve seen really strong results from making the investment."
NutraClick offers full-time work in its call center and recruits college graduates for one big reason: The job is surprisingly complicated.
