News : Youngstown Call Center Seeks 200 New Employees
Youngstown, Ohio, May 5, 2014 -- 200 new jobs are coming to downtown Youngstown. VXI Global Solutions says it is looking to fill new customer care positions, including 25 Spanish Bilingual Associates starting May 19.
"The new positions will provide sales and service needs for a leading money transfer provider," said Stacey Matthew, Managing Director Talent Acquisition, for the Los Angeles based company. "We will hire 200 by the end of June but the hiring will continue beyond that," she said. Hiring for the positions is under way now.
Applicants should have at least 1 year of sales experience, intermediate computer skills and the ability to work flexible shifts
VXI already has 900 people working at its Youngstown call center which has been operating here for four years. VXI says Youngstown was chosen due to the quality of the employee pool.
