News : Ytel and Govolution Launch Strategic Partnership
Foothill Ranch, CA, USA, June 2, 2016 -- Govolution, LLC and Ytel announced a partnership between their two organizations where Ytel will provide it’s customers with new payment features powered by Govolutions’s Velocity Call Center Payments platform. The new features will benefit Ytel’s Cloud Contact Center solution.
New features will provide Ytel customers with the ability to accept payments through IVR, self-service web, and agent-assisted payments through integration with Ytel’s Cloud Contact Center solution. Agents will have access to payment details for all past payments and can provide customer service support relative to payments made through any channel supported by the Velocity Payment System including face-to-face, web, mobile, and previous payments made through the call center.
