News : Zain Kuwait Recruits 107 Contact Centre Agents
Kuwaiti City, Kuwait, Aug 18, 2016 -- Zain Kuwait has recruited 107 contact centre agents under its human resources development strategy. It has also organised an orientation session aimed at introducing the agents to the company's strategy. Zain Kuwait has recruited 107 contact centre agents which is part of the company’s human resources developmental strategy.
The orientation session is considered the first step in preparing new staff at its Customer Care Division’s Contact Centre Department to provide the highest standards of customer service.
Through such initiatives, Zain aims to enable new agents to serve customers’ needs efficiently, and familiarise them with the core quality standards the company follows. Zain believes such initiatives help strengthen the workflow mechanism.
