News : ZTE Unveils New Cloud-based CRM Offering
Shenzhen, China, May 11, 2016 -- ZTE has announced the launch of ZSmart Digital, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) offering designed to help telecommunications providers deliver services to its customers and explore new business models.
ZTE added that the ZSmart Digital CRM tool will also allow providers to offer traditional products, plans, devices and bundles, as well as machine-to-machine (M2M) services, to individual or enterprise customers and support sales teams.
