Country Analysis The Help Desk InstituteTM (HDI) collected survey data of 559 responses. 514 of these were from Every region (East, Central and West) experienced reduction in overall salaries. The West Region continues to reflect a slight overall edge in salaries paid in 2002. There were two positions with pay increases, both in the East Region. The Call Screening increased by 6% and Tier I increased by 15% from 2001.
