Industry Research : Thailand Unified Communication and Collaboration Market Jumps
Thailand's unified communication and collaboration (UC&C) market has experienced continuous growth from early last year to the first half of this year, according to IDC Thailand.
Total revenue in the market reached USD 28.8 million during the first six months of 2013, increasing by 24 percent over the same period of 2012.
The increase in revenue during the first half of this year was mainly stimulated by major deals from public and private sectors for IP telephony and contact centre solutions, and video conferencing products.
