Hi, I am a sales rep for an excellent product that every call center on the planet should own, and quickly, but that is not the reason for my email. I call a lot of call center management, and hear a lot of voice mail greetings. My father had an issue with Dish Network, and had to escalate it to a manager, whom I believe resolved his problem satisfactorily. My father, trying to help his son make quota, asked if I could call on him to present my really cool software. This gentleman graciously agreed. When I called and reached his voice mail, his greeting said, "My name is so and so, and I am sorry that I am unable to take your call, I am either out of the office or assisting another customer. | |
I don't know who directed this inside the organization, but that is exactly how it should be done. They are heroes! |
