If you are attending one of our upcoming events and need to apply for a Visa, then chances are you will need an official letter from ContactCenterWorld.com as the hosting company inviting you to attend. We made the process easy and have created a template that allows you to customize a letter for you.

If you need a Visa please follow the steps below.
Note, to comply with the rules that many countries have regarding issuing a Visa letter, we are only able to offer letters to delegates once they have purchased a conference ticket otherwise we are breaking policy.
For delegates who have purchased tickets the steps below will help you to access and print your letter
You would have received a link to your registration page asking you to confirm your details
At the top of the page there is a button to request delegate letter.
click on the button 'Request Delegate Letter'
Enter passport info if required. Note, none of the information entered here is stored.
Select which button you want to view the letter in. The process is instant so there is no waiting. The above example shows a delegate booking a place at our EMEA 2017 event.
1. What does ticket assignment mean?
When a ticket has been reserved for you by someone else such as and anministrator or manager of your company or you have registered and given yourself the ticket.
2. How would I know if I have a ticket assigned?
You would have received an email with a link to your registration page asking you to confirm the details we have are correct. Also when you log in, click on the ticket symbol, then click manage my ticket/s
3. We have not purchased tickets yet but need a letter what do we do?
If you are a presenter you and shown on the agenda, please register for the conference via one of the following links:-

If you are not a presenter, you must register and purchase your ticket before you can follow the above procedure.
4. What if my visa application gets rejected?
We are unable to intervine on your behalf, it is the decision of the visa officer/consular to grant you a visa. If you have already paid for your ticket, we will give you a credit you can use against other conference tickets or services within 12 months.
5. Will the letter show I am a presenter?
The letter will state thst you are a delegate at the conference. if you wish to show you are a presenter, we recommend you take a screenshot of the agenda and submit it with your visa application.
6. What if I want to stay longer / arrive early?
We can not state in the letter travel dates, only dates relating to the event. We recommend you provide flight details and accommodation when applying for your visa.
7. I want to bring a partner to the gala dinner - can they get a visa letter?
We don’t supply letters for personal guests attending the gala dinner or family and friends accompanying you on the trip - they would just get a regular visitor visa as this is a personal trip and not business.
