HOW TO GET CERTIFIED
There are several steps to getting certified. Firstly you must compete in our awards at the global level and win at least a Bronze (#3 in the World) rating or higher in the categories we offer certification. Then you have to be able to repeat this level of achievement 2 more times (in a 4 year time frame - i.e. 3 out of 4 years). Winning at the global level is not easy and to win several times with at least a Bronze shows ability and consistency. You can then receive the CERTIFIED WORLD CLASS accreditation!
Example - company A competes for Best Contact Center
Year 1 Wins Bronze in the Global competition
Year 2 Wins Silver in the Global competition
Year 3 Takes a year out or fails to qualify in the Global finals
Year 4 Wins Gold in the Global competition
RESULT: Company is CERTIFIED as a WORLD CLASS CONTACT CENTER
Example - Individual competes for Best Leader
Year 1 Wins Bronze in the Global competition
Year 2 Takes a year out or fails to qualify in the Global finals
Year 3 Wins Silver in the Global competition
Year 4 Wins Silver in the Global competition
RESULT: Individual is CERTIFIED as a WORLD CLASS CONTACT CENTER LEADER
* Vendors, to be certified WORLD CLASS for Technology Innovation, the same technology cannot be submitted for an innovation award more than once - your technology innovation should be different every year
QUESTIONS?
Do we qualify as a regional winner for Certification?
No, only awards won at the Global level qualify for World Class Certification
If we win a Runner up award at the Global level does that count towards Certification?
No. You must win at least a Bronze, a Silver or Gold to qualify
I won as a leader 2 times in a row in the past, do I qualify?
The scheme goes back to 2021 so global wins in 2021 2022 and 2023 count.
Is there a cost for this certification?
So long as you are competing in our awards this certification is complimentary if you qualify!
