Entry Options: There are 2 options:
1. Enter for a Certificate of Achievement only
The entry program for those who do not want to commit or compete in an international awards program, but are just looking for some validation
The entry fee is $195 USD per entry submitted
2. Enter to compete in the Top Ranking Performers Awards 2019 (includes Certificate of Achievement)
The 2019 Top Ranking Performers Awards program for those who are looking for validation, to learn and compete
in the World's most prestigious contact center and customer service awards now in its 14th year!
There are 2 options - Standard and Premium
Standard: Includes entry into one (1) of each award type (i.e. company and individual) awards per center. $595 USD (that's for up to 34 award entries!)
If you wish to enter more than one of a particular award category i.e. 2 customer service professionals you can elect to pay a small addition of $95 per entry.
Premium: Includes entry into two (2) of each award type (i.e. company and individual) awards per center. $995 USD (that's for up to 68 award entries!). If you wish to enter more than two of a particular award category i.e. 3 customer service professionals you can elect to pay a small addition of $75 per entry.
All Non CAD Prices Are Approximate And Not Intended As Actual, Up-To-Date Currency Conversions. Locations are defined by physical address locations or a logical separation of companies or contact centers at the same location.

The 2019 Awards are open for registration. You can register centers and later on select the individual and corporate awards to enter. If you are a 2018 GOLD Medal Winner you can also FAST TRACK your entry to 2019 as a defending champion and are guaranteed a spot in the regional finals - ask us how!
