"I think this vote for the reason he has transformed the Direct Delivery to stay afloat even in trying times of covid-19, where we had to think and do things differently. Introduced remote working in ensuring there is business continuity during hard lockdown. He also ensured for those unable to receive laptops to work remotely with stable health are safe in the office, and he also worked in the same office daily, while there was not much need for him to be there. he has the saying of "As above so below", and he live by this phrase put himself in the shoes of his people."Submit Vote

"Clint Waltman - He is a man of fairness and is truly someone you want as a mentor, he is not afraid to advise us where we are going wrong and what we can do to better ourselves feedback from him is true and honest like you have with a family member that wants to see you succeed. He believes that each and every individual is unique and special and is an asset to any environment. In order to go far in an industry you have to have passion, empathy and sympathy when certain outlooks everyone is not the same Clint knows that is why he does not see colour race and disability he gives you equal opportunity and your hunger and thirst for life has to be greater than the messy mud that you are stuck in. he lives by quotes like :Do what you have to do then do what you want to do" - Oprah "you cant have your one foot nailed to the ground that would mean you are walking in circles". I personally do not know Clint that well i only speak to him when he comes to Durban and that is only like 3 times a year. But that 3 times i wait patiently and anxiously to give him feedback so he can allow me to take on more opportunity on within the business. I hope Clint is seen in the world as the remarkable man that he is, if he can see me equal to him, directors, cleaners, agents. he deserves more than just a medal he deserves a standing ovation. Thank you Mr Clint Waltman i speak only words of honesty with you , you have taken this industry to gold and beyond you said aim for the moon and if we miss at-least we will be a star because of you we have created a whole new milky way out there, you are an amazing human being , keep being you doing you and making so much more of the people in the world.
