World Awards Entry Terms & Conditions
Each awards conference is open to contact center professionals from the respective region of competition.
To enter, applicants must fill out the Top Ranking Performers Awards Application form located on the ContactCenterWorld.com website and pay the entry fee (refer to the Deadlines & Pricing page)per contact center, irrespective of how many awards categories entered. You will not be allowed to complete your questions until you have paid the entry fee or requested an invoice.
To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing entry date. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of ContactCenterWorld.com. ContactCenterWorld.com is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.
By entering the awards, the entrant authorizes the use - without additional compensation - of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and/or place of work and/or video footage of presentation (if he/she is a finalist) for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, web publications, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which ContactCenterWorld.com may deem appropriate.
Payment is due upon submission of the Awards Application Form to ContactCenterWorld.com, and at that time you will be granted access to the awards questions. All entry fees must be paid in full by the specified deadline (refer to the Deadlines & Pricing page). Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Please note all credit card payments will be taken in US dollars. Credit card information will not be passed on to any company.
The entry fee does not include any travel, accommodation or other related expenses other than those specifically quoted in the Awards Process. ContactCenterWorld.com is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury associated or connected with your involvement with this program.
Refunds & Cancellations
Submission of the Awards Application Form to ContactCenterWorld.com confirms your entry in the program.At this point you are liable for the applicable entry fee(s) as there are no refunds or substitutions. Entry fee payments will not be refunded and invoiced sums will be payable in full upon submission to ContactCenterWorld.com.
ContactCenterWorld.com reserves the right to change or cancel any portion of the program without prior notice.
Liability Release and Indemnification by Entrant. BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD CONTACTCENTERWORLD.COM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE AWARDS OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY AWARDS-RELATED ACTIVITY.
Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules. By participating in the Awards, Entrant is representing and warranting that he/she has read and understood, and agrees to be bound by, these rules. Including the guides and rules referred to herein, these official rules constitute the agreement between the Entrant and ContactCenterWorld.com in relation to the Awards. They govern the Entrant's participation and supersede any prior agreements between Entrant and ContactCenterWorld.com and relating to the Awards. These official rules are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other terms governing Entrant's general use and posting of materials to ContactCenterWorld.com's website.
