Becoming a judge gives you the opportunity to be involved in shaping the industry as this program identifies and rewards the Best in the World every year. Here are some key stats and details

  • There are over 50 categories - for Individual, Team and Company awards
  • There is an initial online judging process, then a regional competition and finally a global competition 
     

Many entrants get recognition - for the individuals they see their career grow, for the companies, they get more exposure, and greater investment and often this results in greater profits which the board and investors love!

As a judge you are involved in a fair process that other award programs envy. You are protected from entrants trying to pressure or friend you just to get a favourable response and you will not see the names of the entrants as you will judge them on what they do and who they are! Now into its 18th year, this program is the ultimate in awards and recognition in our industry, and being a judge is associated with prestige, honor and best in class. 

Judges get to see entries from all around the World except their own region. This is part of the process to ensure its fair. Judges also don't know the other judges are or how they scored. What judges do know is that they are part of the elite in the industry and by participating in the process you are also exposed to amazing best practices from employee engagement to customer experience, from technology innovation to training, from leadership to outstanding and innovative business strategies. In fact you get to learn so much that many judges volunteer just so they can learn from some of the latest and greatest! 

Now we know everyone is busy, so we developed an allocation system where we share entries across 100 judges. We drip the entries in over a period of a few weeks and judges can, and often do, request more. It's up to you. some judges spare 5 hours in total, others 25 - the choice is yours! Start with a few and add more if you have time and we know if you do have time you will want more! But you are in control!

We also help you understand the process and to ensure its balanced, we like to get every entrant judged by as many judges as possible and average out the scores. 

At the end of the judging process we announce finalists and they have the opportunity to present in front of us all their best practices and everyone gets to see and hear from them. We all learn their best practices and we all become wiser in the process. In this second stage we also have judges who watch. listen and score. The entrants with the highest scores then win medals and go on to compete in a 3rd round against the best from other regions! It's exciting! We all learn so much, we network with the elite and the best in the industry gets smarter yet again.

UNLIKE other award programs we WILL NOT show you who THE judges are in the CURRENT YEAR - below we tell you WHY!


Sadly so many award companies openly share details of judges and here is why this is UNFAIR and leads to BIAS


  1. We have heard of judges in other programs being 'open' to incentives to help entrants win

  2. We have heard of entrants 'canvassing' and reaching out to judges to 'friend' them because they want a favorable vote



Reality is showing you a list of judges will lead to some taking advantage of this and we won't let any entrant try and influence a judge. In fact we go out of our way to ELIMINATE BIAS by


  1. Never showing who a judge is in the CURRENT awards year

  2. We have a pool of around 100 judges and randomly allocate entries for judging to them

  3. Entrants names and locations are NOT disclosed to judges - they judge you on your merits NOT who you are because a judge will form an opinion of an entrant as soon as they see a name

  4. Entrant details are then only reviewed by judges on a completely different continent



So, if you value a TRULY FAIR awards program with INTEGRITY then insist any awards company you use does not tell you who the judges are.
