How The Employee Survey Program Works

The process is easy:

  • Click on the register link
  • Register your details
  • Create departments (if required we can break down results by department)
  • Submit the registration data and a unique ID will be generated
  • Distribute the ID to all staff using the tools we created (you can import an address book) or easily paste the code into your own communications systems
  • Employees can enter the ID at their leisure - they rate standard questions and can complete custom questions (where available)
  • Once the survey is completed you can view all results

Plus:

  • Over successive surveys you can compare results
  • You can also optionally compare your data against other organizations
  • If you achieve 80% or above overall you can decide to request certification as a TopPlace2Work

In-Depth Reporting: TopPlace2Work offers technical but easy to understand reporting. Once your survey results are added to our database, TopPlace2Work creates a powerful snapshot of staff morale and engagement, as well as lets you investigate responses on a question by question basis
Easy Online Distribution: TopPlace2Work offers different options for you to distribute your survey. Email a link, have users enter a code on our website, are just some of the easy options to get your survey to the right user.
Custom Questions/Survey: Nobody understands your organization better than you. That is why TopPlace2Work offers custom questions for our premium users. Accurately understand the needs of your staff by creating specific custom questions for your organization!
Benchmarking and Comparatives: Do you know how your staff engagement and morale stack up against other organizations in your industry?   1. How do we get certified?

    If you are satisfied with your scores and you meet the minimum criteria we require, you can ask to be certified as a TopPlace2Work. We will conduct an audit to ensure all the data is valid and upon confirmation, we will award you a certificate and validation logo to confirm your certification.

  2. What types of custom surveys can we build?

    Custom surveys are ideal for adhoc as well as regular surveys. for example, you may choose to do a monthly health check survey of your staff, or you may have just relocated to a new office and want to get feedback - its up to you. You can change the surveys as often as you wish.

    When you set up a survey we offer you the chance to set up departments so that when staff enter their information, we ask all employees which department they work in. You can then see results by department as well as overall.
